True Blue Turf Farm (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a turf growing and supply business operating in Western Australia.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, deliveries, installations, and website use associated with True Blue Turf Farm.

2. Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order with True Blue Turf Farm, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where:

• Turf is unavailable
• Delivery cannot be scheduled
• Payment is not received
• Unsafe or inaccessible delivery conditions exist

An order is confirmed only once full payment has been received. We require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice for all turf orders to allow for harvesting and delivery scheduling.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before turf is harvested or scheduled for delivery.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/debit card (via secure payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal)
• Direct bank transfer
• Other methods as listed on our website

We do not store or have access to your card details.

Bulk discounts for orders over 200m² are available on request.

4. Turf — Perishable Nature

Turf is a living, perishable product. All turf is cut fresh to order and must be laid as soon as possible after delivery or collection, ideally on the same day.

We are not responsible for turf deterioration caused by:

• Delayed laying
• Improper storage
• Excessive heat exposure
• Site not being prepared prior to delivery
• Weather conditions outside our control

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is ready for turf installation before the scheduled delivery date.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available across our designated delivery zones. Delivery fees apply and are listed on our Delivery Zones & Pricing page.

Minimum delivery order: 50m². Orders under 50m² must be collected from our Bunbury Showroom.

Delivery Process

• Turf is unloaded by forklift.
• If the customer is present and safe access is available, turf will be placed as instructed.
• If no instructions are provided or access is unsafe, turf will be delivered kerbside.

We are not liable for property damage caused during delivery where reasonable access has not been provided.

Pallet Delivery — Standard turf delivery does not include pallet delivery. Pallet delivery is available on request and will incur additional charges.

Delivery Timing — We make every effort to deliver on the scheduled day, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Road conditions
• Vehicle breakdown
• Circumstances outside our control

6. Showroom Pick-Up

Orders may be collected from our Bunbury Showroom on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9am–4:30pm).

Turf is not kept in stock at the showroom. All turf is cut fresh and transported to the showroom on your nominated collection day.

Orders must be placed and paid for at least 3 days in advance.

We are not responsible for turf deterioration caused by late collection.

7. Installation Service

Installation is performed by an independent subcontractor arranged by True Blue Turf Farm.

We act solely as a coordinator and are not liable for:

• Workmanship quality
• Property damage
• Delays
• Any loss arising from installation services

All installation disputes must be directed to the installing contractor. A separate quote will be provided for installation.

8. Lawn Calculator

The lawn calculator on our website is provided as a guide only. We cannot verify customer measurements and are not responsible for:

• Shortfalls
• Excess turf
• Incorrect calculations resulting from inaccurate measurements

We recommend double-checking all measurements before ordering.

9. Cancellations & Changes

Turf is cut fresh to order. Cancellations or changes must be made as early as possible.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, contact us immediately on 08 9754 8873. We will assist where possible, depending on notice provided.

10. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Our refund policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that goods must be:

• Of acceptable quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

ACL rights cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to the supply of turf or services is limited to:

• Resupply of the product or service, or
• A refund of the amount paid

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special loss
• Loss of lawn establishment
• Costs of relaying turf
• Loss of enjoyment
• Damages arising from delays, weather, or site conditions

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the True Blue Turf website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout — is owned by True Blue Turf Farm or its licensors and protected by Australian copyright law.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

The Kenda® and Sapphire® variety names and logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

13. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

We may restrict or terminate website access at any time.

While we aim to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee completeness or error-free content. Prices, availability, and delivery information may change without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Western Australia.
